We are seeking a full-time Environmental Professional to join our manufacturing client’s EHS team in Wichita Falls, TX. This is an on-site position with nationwide relocation assistance available.

Reporting to the EHS Manager, the Environmental Professional will be responsible for supporting the management and direction of all Environmental Health and Compliance programs at the facility. This role involves coaching and mentoring all site employees to ensure compliance and a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•          Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on federal, state, and local environmental compliance regulations.

•          Lead and participate in EHS training programs for employees.

•          Conduct and lead audits and inspections, developing remediation plans as needed.

•          Manage and lead multi-media environmental compliance initiatives.

•          Maintain positive relationships with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.

Required Qualifications:

•          Bachelor's Degree.

•          A minimum of two (2) years of environmental experience.

•          Demonstrated success in executing compliance programs for federal, state, and local regulations.

•          Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Competencies:

•          Familiarity with Texas-specific regulations.
