Hiring: EHS Specialist – Dallas, TX (Relocation Available) Are you an experienced HSE professional looking to transition your field experience into a strategic, high-impact consulting role?
We are recruiting a full-time, direct-hire EHS Specialist on our client’s team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you’ll evaluate contractor EHS programs and deliver actionable safety insights to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Review contractor safety documentation, policies, and practices to ensure compliance. 🔹 Conduct desktop and periodic field-based safety evaluations. 🔹 Provide technical guidance and risk recommendations directly to their clients. 🔹 Collaborate internally with technical and sales teams as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
What You Need: ✅ 4+ years of hands-on HSE experience in manufacturing, industrial, or consulting settings ✅ Proven track record with Safety Management Systems (SMS) and contractor safety programs ✅ Bachelor’s degree ✅ Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. (No sponsorship available) ✅ Ability to work on-site daily in Dallas, TX
